To provide Joysee services and enable you to connect and manage smart devices securely, we may collect:
1.1.1 Login account information: Joysee account, nickname, avatar.
1.1.2 Mobile-related information: Hardware identifiers (IMSI, IMEI, MEID, device hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, OAID, Mac address, Android ID), installed apps, phone model, system version, language, country/region setting, app store version, screen size/resolution, CPU and display information.
1.1.3 Information collected during smart device connection: Based on the device type, we may collect Wi-Fi info (SSID, BSSID, Mac address, password), device Mac address, device ID, and Bluetooth Mac address.
1.1.4 Real-time video information: To display real-time camera footage.
1.1.5 Accelerometer and gyroscope data: To detect screen orientation changes and switch between portrait and landscape modes in the app.
1.1.6 We also share certain personal information with third parties that assist us in detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions. The information shared with these third parties includes some details you have provided to us (such as your contact information and transaction data), as well as information about your online interactions, including your device's IP address. This information is used to determine whether a transaction may be fraudulent. We support sharing smart devices via your Joysee account. Sharees can control the device after sharing. We may collect account IDs, shared account IDs, and device info (device ID, name, verification key, sharing status) to facilitate this feature and display sharing status.

1.2.2 App and Firmware Upgrades
To ensure you have the latest Joysee services, we may use your Joysee app version and phone model for upgrades. We may also collect connected device lists and versions to provide firmware upgrades.

1.2.3 Video Recording
To enhance home security, devices may automatically record video upon detecting motion. The first frame is encrypted and stored in the cloud for your viewing. Your video data won't be used for other purposes. You can control this feature in the device's "Settings - Motion Detection Recording."

1.2.4 Cloud Storage for Recordings
If you use our camera cloud storage service, we'll collect info like storage type, order number, payment details, and remaining service days. For invoicing, we'll also need your billing details, taxpayer ID, and contact info.

1.2.5 User Feedback Collection
We may collect feedback via third-party services like Rabbit Nest. This includes your phone number, email, photos/videos, and issue logs to better understand and address your concerns.

1.3 Joysee Permission Usage Explanation
When using Joysee, certain device permissions may be triggered. We'll inform you of the purpose of these permissions and the impact of denying them. You can manage permissions via the "System Permission Management" page in the Joysee app.

1.3.1 Read/write device storage (Android): For functions like scanning codes.
1.3.2 Location (Android, iOS): For smart device automation and connectivity.
1.3.3 Camera (Android, iOS): For scanning QR codes for device installation and sharing.
1.3.4 Microphone (Android, iOS): For video intercom and voice commands with connected devices like cameras.
1.3.5 Read phone state (Android): For generating local device identifiers.
1.3.6 WLAN (Android, iOS): For connecting to device WIFI during setup.
1.3.7 Bluetooth (Android, iOS): For Bluetooth-based device communication.
1.3.8 Photo album (Android, iOS): For accessing photos/videos in functions like scanning codes and feedback.
1.3.9 SD card data storage: For uploading avatars and downloading recordings.
1.3.10 Android ID-based features: For behavior statistics and smart motion detection alerts.
1.3.11 Advertising identifier (iOS): For discovering suitable products quickly.
1.3.12 To recognize your device and ensure the normal use of carrier traffic services, and to maintain the normal operation of our video viewing services as well as to improve and optimize your service experience, we will collect information such as the click usage time and frequency of a certain button, the option values of certain key configurations, and software crash logs. This data will be used to analyze the usage status of the product, troubleshoot crash causes, and reduce crashes in order to continuously enhance our offerings.

1.4 Third-Party Information Collection in the APP
With your authorization, we may collect personal information from third parties to provide product features or services. When using third-party accounts to log in, we'll obtain authorized account info like avatar, nickname, and other details. We'll use this info in compliance with laws and regulations and our agreements with third parties.

1.5.1 Alibaba SDK:ANDROID ID.
1.5.2 Umeng Analytics SDK: Installed app versions, distribution channels, IP addresses, network status, app crashes, usage duration, launch frequency, visited pages, device models, network types, and user retention stats for behavior analysis.
1.5.3 Share SDK:IP address, OS, WeChat version, network connection type/quality, device accelerometer data, service fault info, etc., for sharing content to WeChat, email, or QQ.
1.5.4 UC Woodpecker SDK:APP lag/crash data for bug analysis.
1.5.5 Alibaba Device Identifier SDK: For obtaining SD card storage permissions.
1.5.6 Push SDKs: We integrate OPPO, VIVO, Xiaomi, and Huawei Push SDKs to ensure timely delivery of urgent device notifications. This may require obtaining vendor-specific Tokens, AppIds, WiFi_SSID, etc.
1.5.7 CMIC SSO (China Mobile) & Alibaba Cloud SDK: For convenient user login via SMS verification codes. This requires obtaining the user's ANDROID ID for Alibaba Cloud number verification and one-click login.
1.5.8 Bugly SDK: To optimize user experience, we integrate the third-party Bugly SDK to collect data on app crashes, usage duration, device models, and user retention. This helps us enhance our product.
1.5.9 Alipay SDK: Our product supports package purchase payments, so we integrate the Alipay SDK to offer Alipay as a payment option. When users select this payment method, the Alipay app is launched to process the payment.
1.5.10 com.tencent.smtt (Tencent Browser Service) SDK: Provides browser services for the app to load internal mall pages and H5-related pages. No personal information is collected.
1.5.11 haomasuyan SDK: Collects personal information such as device model, OS version, unique device identifier, battery level, signal strength, software version, browser type, IP address, geographical location, service logs, communication logs, OAID, device IP, network type, device manufacturer, and mobile OS. 1.5.12 Gromore SDK: Used for advertising to adjust ad strategies and analyze data. 2.1.1 To allow you to receive smart motion detection alerts from cameras and enhance user experience, we may send one or more small data files called Cookies to your computer or mobile device. These Cookies are unique to you and can only be read by web servers within the domain that issued them. We use Cookies to store camera device data, helping us determine device status and data security. You can choose whether to enable or disable Cookies.
2.1.2 We won't use Cookies for purposes beyond those stated in this policy. You can manage or delete Cookies as per your preferences. Most browsers accept Cookies by default, but you can usually modify settings to reject them. However, disabling Cookies may require you to manually adjust settings each time you use Joysee, delete previously stored info, and potentially affect service security.

Joysee processes and backs up personal information through global facilities. Currently, we have data centers in China, India, the US, Germany, Russia, and Singapore. Your information may be transferred to these centers as described in this policy. We may also transfer your info to third-party service providers and business partners, which may involve cross-border transfers. While different jurisdictions may have varying data protection standards, we remain committed to complying with this policy and protecting your information. Personal information collected in mainland China is stored there, except as permitted by law for cross-border transfers. Similarly, data from Russia and India is stored locally, except as permitted by local laws. 8.2 If our application uses WebView technology, we validate and restrict all file protocol URLs in WebView to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive application and SDCard data, safeguarding against potential information leaks.
8.3 We implement access control mechanisms on our servers and follow the principle of least privilege for personnel who may access your personal information. We regularly review access personnel lists and records.
8.4 Our servers run on secure, hardened operating systems. We conduct account audits and monitoring of server operations. In the event of known security issues with server operating systems, Joysee will promptly upgrade to ensure the security of all server systems and applications.

While using the Joysee APP, you can access and manage your personal information through the following methods:

9.1 Deleting Your Personal Information
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from Joysee in the following circumstances:
9.1.1 We collected your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent.
9.1.2 Our processing of your personal information violates legal or regulatory requirements.
9.1.3 We used or processed your personal information in breach of our agreement with you.
9.1.4 You uninstall or discontinue using our product or service.
9.1.5 We cease providing services to you.
You can contact us via the method outlined in Section 13 of this privacy policy, and we will respond within 15 working days. Alternatively, you can delete your account and all associated data through Joysee App Settings - Account Cancellation. When we delete your personal information from our servers, it may not be immediately removed from backup systems, but will be deleted when backups are updated.

9.2 Withdrawing Your Consent
You can withdraw your consent for the collection and use of your personal information by disabling device functions. For this product, you can revoke our permission to access your GPS location information, camera, or photo album via your mobile device settings.

Please note that each business function requires certain basic personal information to operate (see Section 1 of this privacy policy). If you withdraw your consent, we will be unable to provide the corresponding services and will cease processing the relevant personal information. However, this decision to withdraw consent will not affect any personal information processing conducted prior to the withdrawal.
